Responsive Property Management
We are dedicated in providing you with the highest level of customer service. We take the day-to-day administrative tasks seriously in order to keep your property running smoothly.
Leasing
We seek highly qualified tenants and conduct extensive credit and background investigations to ensure that we have the most qualified tenants. Vacancies are quickly made rent-ready and aggressively advertised. We have established an aggressive marketing program to get your property leased as quickly as possible. We then get a final approval from you after all investigative work has been completed.
Aggressive Rent Collection
If rent is not paid by the 5th of the month the tenant is called immediately and served a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit. If the rent is not paid, then legal action will begin without delay. One of the many benefits of working with a property management company is that you are spared the major headache of dealing with the occasional problem tenant.
Accounting
We provide full accounting, reporting, and collection services. Our service includes monthly account statements as well year end tax statements.
Maintenance
Our staff is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to handle what needs to be done. We do not have in house maintenance staff, rather, we use local skilled vendors. Our vendors are of the highest quality and care about the properties they maintain. We have efficient systems in place for ordering, scheduling and tracking maintenance at your property.
We recommend that our clients get a home warranty to cover those unforeseen maintenance expenses. When a maintenance issue does occur, then we will work with your insurance company to be sure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
